Hi everyone! Sorry for lack of update to the webpage, I've been both extremely busy and extremely sickly the last month and a half. November was very hectic at work, and then before I knew it, Thanksgiving was here and I was SICK with altitude sickness. Turns out going from sea level to 1,500ft in the air will do something to yah noggin. I'm sick now too,,, my cousin was sick during thanksgiving, and I thought I made it out scott free... but now im sick... again

But yeah! HELLO!! I'm back working on my page and am hoping to get my Comms page and all the other silly pages done soon. I have more time fo projects rn because its the off season at work, so YIPPEE!! I'm still so happy I finally figured out how to position all my decor on the page without it moving around whilly nilly

Hi Howdy Good Evening!

Currently learning how to add scrollable zones on my website, and hopefully that includes THIS PAGE! This webpage has been very fun to slowly add to and learn through these past few weeks, and I am eager to keep adding to it and growing it over time! I know I am not fixated with it as much as the first week, but I have definetly settled into a nice little pattern of wanting to learn something - learn the thing - add it to the page OR friend sends me silly stickers/stamps - i add it to my page hehehe

I know I want to work on the front page more. Namely add back some graphics I couldn't get working quite right like the Soupie Clay Head near the nav bar, and also I wanna Have more interactive bits there too. ALSO I wanna make the over all look a little more eye-popping with more graphics and unique elements. I feel like it is still pretty plain, but itll all come in due time

In other news, I've made a desicion, that no one but me will ultimately care about: unfollowing a lot of YTbers, Streamers, ECT. Basically, narrowing things down to people I know I actively watch, and vibes I wanna carry more. I used to watch a lot of true crime and scary videos when I was in HS/early college covid time,,, But maybe its just that I've gotten older or something, I just cant stomache it anymore and have no interest in it. Likewise, I followed A TON of streamers and yt channels during covid that I just,,, never watch. So Im just gonna take sometime and clear out a ton of stuff. I wanna have more creative people in my feeds, less clickbate-y shit.

And maybe with that i can say the usual: BUY PHYSICAL MEDIA. STOP WITH SUBSCRIPTIONS. I plan to get rid of a few more streaming serviced I have by the end of this year in favour of dvds and stuff. I have already started collecting some, but I just need to find good copies and good prices. I wanna own my media more. It not only feels more personal, but with how easily services hike their prices up and take shows away... yeah its time to go back to the classics

Hello again pals! Finally was able to fix this page. I knew it wasn't allowing people to read posts, for some reason the script wasn't working on this page, while working completely fine on the others??? WACK. Anyways, its working now and I'm able to post properly!

This weekend has been very chill for me. Been spending it with Shale (my partner :D)! Chill fall weekend, enjoying some baked goods, coffees, hard ciders and more. Lowkey feel like I ate too much and its only Saturday lolol. We tried these really good apple cider donut flavored ciders! Very tasty, but sometimes I wish I could pour more cinnimon in things... but i also don't wanna play the cinnimon challenge everyday lol.

ALSO SHALE IS SO SWEET, they got me a webkinz black cat :,) I used to have one growing up, it was my favorite... alas I was a dumb teen when I was 17-18 and donated ALL of my childhood stuff,,, saving nothing. So suprise suprise when I realized I should have held on to some stuff that truely brought me joy oops... Remember getting older doesnt mean you need to abandon the things you love.

BUT. YEAH. It was so sweet of him!!

We also watched Bram Stoker's Dracula from 1992. Neither of us had seen it yet and OMG I cannot beilive how amazing the costume designs and sets were! I especially loved younger Dracula's armour at the start of the film, I neeeeed to draw it! The way they overlayed diffrent visuals and their use of colors and lighting, especially at the start of the film when we're introduced to Jonathan Harker on his journey to Transylvania made the whole series of events very dream-like!

Though I don't like drawing comparisons to works of art, the stories of Dracula and Nosferatu are very similar, idk which camee first, the chicken or the egg, BUT, I recently also saw the 2024 Noseferatu, and definetly think the visual story telling and overall vibe of Bram Stocker's Dracula were more compelling and helpful in the long run of storytelling.

Gooood Evening Silly Billies! Welcome to my blog page! Today was a very long and tiresome day at work, but coming home, relaxing to some Dan + Phil and Oney Plays videos have given me enough mental energy to do some webpage design learning! Today I learned how to make drop down windows! Like this one the blog post is in now!!! So cool!! Its gonna make organizing posts so much easier!
